私人教練班

由於我們特定的詠春體系的内容十分細緻,學生的親身體驗也必不可少,一對一的私人課程會是作爲你平日訓練補充的不錯選擇。教練將能根據你的需求,指導你更深入探究各項指定的訓練内容,無論是詠春技巧、放鬆、姿勢矯正、疼痛緩解、自衛防身技能等等……

通常許多生活繁忙的學生會僅僅選擇一對一私人課程訓練,當然這樣的訓練方式是學習詠春最有效的途徑,但在條件允許的情況下,我們仍鼓勵所有學生每週至少參加一堂集體課,與其他學生一起練習,精進自己的技藝。
